The car was ready when they said. I dealt with Albert in the service department he kept me informed of all repairs and showed me video of the problem. He was very nice to deal with.

Trent was the only dealership that would work with me with an extended warranty that I had purchased from another dealership. They provided me with a car to drive home until me work was completed. I have tried for years to find a local dealership that I could work with, but I drive an hour from my home and pass six other dealerships to get to Trent. Kyle Denison has assisted me and talked me through all the work that has been done at Trent and has been awesome to work with. The next vehicle that I purchase will come from Trent.

Just bought the truck from a private dealer. First time coming to Trent, and couldn't recommend them more! Great service department. Had an appointment at 9:00 for oil change, tire rotation and new filters. Was out by 11:00. Highly recommend this dealership for service. Very professional and everything was done in a timely manner.
